Why exactly would we bring Myers back at a higher cap for pure AHL time when Seeler has proven to be a solid 7th or even bottom pair defenseman?

The more I look at the rumored Hayes + Sanheim the less I want the blues to do it

Shoot lower for the prospect. Maybe Alexandrov if the Flyers get the better end of the deal. Could certainly see Alexandrov with the addition of Hayes for a few seasons essentially making it hard for Alexandrov to get NHL ice time.

Bolduc is higher rated than Neighbours and Perunovich, who really isn't a prospect anymore. He's not in play here

1 year for 1 mill extra in a year it doesn’t matter who the 7th dman is for a 3rd. Seems pretty obvious to me but to each their own.

I’m not convinced Hayes at 4.5 is a cap dump. Different case from the RyJo deal in my opinion. Feel like Krug is a comparable cap dump too and you guys are paying a premium for us to either retain or eat another bad contract.

Alexandrov was a recent 2nd round pick. I think pick 62. He's a really good prospect. Probably looks to have a ceiling as a 3C. But looks alot like Barbashev's trajectory. I just don't know if he'll develop the physicality Barbashev did. Although Barbashev learned that from Berube while Berube was our AHL coach.

I do not want trade Alex for that very reason

Leafs trade is awful value for the Flyers and no thanks to the Tampa trade. We are not getting Bolduc.
