If the Caps are trying to compete while they still have Ovechkin (which they are), then the 1st in 2024 and a prospect whose career is very much up in the air due to a brain tumor don't do much for them and they're better off keeping Wilson. If they're rebuilding, they've got no use for Jarnkrok.
