I never understand the logic that a 3rd pairing Dman is "stuck" behind the other two players . Schneider plays 16 minutes a night. His ice time is reduced because Fox gets more minutes because of the PP.

It would need to be the fifth overall for a later first rounder, a high end prospect and a mid to late round pick. If I were the Habs I don't know if I would even trade the fifth for someone like Laf or Kakko 1 for 1.
