brown is coming off an ACL. He likely isn't going to get more than a cheap 1 year deal at a number starting with a 1 due to the risk and the time it takes to fully come back from an ACL. shave 2M off his price, run a 21-22 man roster instead of 23, keep kulak, don't sign glendenning, promote whoever from lavoie/bourgault/etc show best at camp, and figure out how to offload yamo (buyout or trade) and ceci (trade) to keep some powder for an in season trade depending on how the D situation goes.
