Chicago and Arizona are pretty much the only teams in the nhl that have the cap space for major cap dumps. Why would they give you leverage in a Bailey and clutterbuck deal? Cap space is the most valuable asset right now and there’s no chance they’re gonna take in big cap hits without getting significant returns.

Yeah, La La Land where none of these trades will ever happen, and what the other teams would actually want isn’t even considered.
