I dunno. Seems like Sens fans always seem they have to sign DeBrincat to the biggest contract on the team. Just because the Sens paid a lot to acquire to him, doesn't mean the Sens should compound the problem by overpaying him. Might just be better to QO him and have him leave as a UFA and spend that 9m elsewhere in summer of 2024. Or QO him and maybe trade him later.
