Caps wouldn't take that. We can't afford to lose Carlson if we want to compete next season. As much as I wanted to ship him out for anything at the beginning of the year, this injury he just had proved how important he is to the team offense.

Keep your picks and spend 20m on better players than Boesner, Gibson, and Carlsson. Minni doesn't have cap, so trading M NTC is iffy at best to any team.

nah we dont need carlson, he is old and man he is declining ridiculously in terms of speed and defense. we have jensen who can play top pair, tvr for the second, and it opens up a spot for iorio

ANA isn't trading Gibson for that if they were he would've been moved at the TDL. That's too much for Boeser. Detroit is high on Rasmussen and 2 early 2nd rd picks in the same draft is just too much. Washington is going to want more for Carlson. But it makes no sense for Detroit as well giving up a 1st for a 33yr old dman then putting him ahead of Seider. Fabbri's career could be over with his 4th knee surgery. Yzerman paid a 3rd for Husso and he has been the best goalie we've had in a few years. Walman has played very well with Seider and fit in very well and with Maatta resigning it gives Detroit time to develop their LHD prospects properly. No I'm not a fan of Chiarot at all but retaining almost $2M for the next 3 seasons for a 4th rd pick is something I doubt will happen.
