Seattle doesn't do that. Dunn is playing like a top 20 defenceman this year so on value alone a pick in the 10-16 range isn't enough for him.
But the more pressing issue would be how weak it leaves Kraken's D corps, moving Dunn out downgrades it from an average one to one of the weakest in the league.
