Kerfoot can play wings as well. Kerfoot also is a defense first player. Now I don't imagine this would be the only move Edmonton makes but its a fit I like nicely.

Sujet: San Jose Full Fledge Rebuild

Toronto deal is terrible. 2 firsts, 2 servicable player (Not extreme cap dumps), and our top prospect for a decent goaltender, a decent defenceman THAT WE COULD JUST TRADE FOR OURSELVES, and a 4th line center. Knies is aboslutly only being traded for a star player. He is NGL ready and will likely come to the team as soon as the NCAA season is over. Please be realistic next time when making a trade.

so to recap this trade, We are trading: A 21 year old foward looking like their breaking out, our top RD prospect, a young promising Dman on a insanly good deal, and a first round pick in one of the most stacked drafts. In return we are getting a center that does nothing to fix our current issues with blue line play. Infact we will be trading a defenseman so suddenly we need to start Filip Král. Is this the deal that turns toronto into a contender?

This could be one of the worst defensive teams ever. You have 2 defenseman who are atleast decent at playing D. You dont even have a good defesive foward group like Toronto to pull off having such a offensivly minded D-Core. I will admit that this team would produce so many high scoring games that they would be must watch TV.

idk how good Heinola is but I honestly think the leafs view kerfy as a vital piece of the team. i honestly see the leafs holding onto him with all their cap wizardy. But I think this is one of the first times ive seen a kerfy trade where i dont think immediatly that its too much or too little. Good job man
