No that would not be close to Meier's value. Solid AHL numbers but at 22, their time is running out. Timo is point per game on pace for 40 goals. You'd need a top prospect and high picks for him.

Wrong. If he doesn't rebound this season or next, Petersen is a $3 million cap dump -- the price of his buyout in 2024, when the cap ceiling will be at least $84.5 million and Petersen will count $1 million towards that.
