Wood is the better version of Anderson, despite what some people in the hockey media would think.

Is one of sharangovich or zetterlund gonna be available come TDL. I feel both them are better then being on the 4th line or being scratched.

The Jackets want a 1st for Gavrikov if he's moved, and do not need or want more wingers, so this doesn't work.

Why are the Devils trading assets out to downgrade from Wood to Anderson?
Why are Boqvist, two prospects and a 2nd traded out for a dman they have no need for?
Why is Zetterlund scratched?
Why is Siegenthaler playing 3rd pair?

None of them will be available.
Zetterlund is briefly playing 4th line cus him and Wood are the only ones (other than Bastian) that has chemistry with McLeod.
Sharangovich is playing an important role in the Devils middle six.
Under normal circumstances both them are top 9 forwards (Zetterlund more like a top 6 tbh).
The Devils have 4 UFA forwards with 1 of them being resigned at most, meaning Zetterlund and Sharangovich (whom both are quite young) will get increased responsibilities and play important roles in this Devils team for years to come.

Devils have such a deep roster which is why they aren't getting as much ice time. Even everyone is healthy, I expect them to play 3rd line
