I wouldn't trade for Dubois. I prefer to wait when he turns UFA in 2024 and sign him if we need him at that time.

That is entirely possible, but if that was looking inevitable there is no way Chevy doesn't move him for assets next summer. Then its someone else's problem. My guess is whoever trades for him will do everything to sign him! Sorry Habs fans. I also think he knows it would be to much pressure in Montreal.

No from habs. I’d rather wait and see what happens and the draft. Could end up getting Carlsson or Fantilli or Bedard so at that point, PLD is overkill
