This contradicts itself, Rangers will have 4.4 mil in cap thats why they dont need to get double retention, single is enough

The value is good for CBJ, problem is we are already struggling with space at F as is. If Kravstov was upset about lack of playing time before, not sure CBJ is going to be a much better situation unless he can really take his game to a new level, quickly.
