My New Hope For The Flames

Description
Sparks was supposed to be a 1 year deal. Seeing that most teams have a third string in case of injuries. I did trades that seemed fair but may be lopsided to your own opinion. Mostly want Flames to sign Motte so that the PK will be stronger. The Lucic trade is cause of the rumours so I added it even though I don’t want Lucic to go. The Wheeler trade was because of the rumour that jets want to trade him and he’s only got 1-3 more seasons left in him I think. say what you want but I think this could work out.

I only did the Lucic trade because of rumours. Trust me I’d rather have him for physical than Smith. I did the Toffoli trade because they need cap space and because the rumour of him being traded in general. Here could do a smaller retain on Wheeler and it’ll probably work with a 4th maybe instead of a 3rd round pick.

There are no truth to the rumors. It was started by Jimmy Murphy simply because Looch was at Rasks wedding and he’s delusional. Boston has no interest at all.

I know but he can be. Back in Nashville he was but I do see him as more a winger than a center

I never knew he played center there. Also what is it with this site saying Motte is not a center? I thought he played there a bit but I could be wrong.

But to be honest with Smith, center was never considered in Boston. I just can’t see this guy adjusting to play center. He just doesn’t seem like the guy to do it especially now.

Even if they did want him they can’t add to the cap. And Calgary is not in position to take more cap than they are sending. So zero chance to begin with. But breathe easy…Foligno not waiving his NTC to go to Canada. So you don’t have to worry. Lol.

Motte is a center back in Vancouver. He plays all forward positions
