Fair enough. With signing Gaudreau, I see them as a team that might want to add some quality proven pieces and to me, there D is pretty weak (especially the right side). And I see them vying for a potential Wild Card spot.

Having a left side of Werenski, Krug, and Gavrikov would make up for the deficient right side.

What do you think of the trade value tho? I think it's just about right.

Not sure of the value. The left side is fine if bean slots into the bottom pair. Right side is the problem you are right but trading corson only makes it worse.

Debrincat got a 1st 2nd and 3rd. He's a 40 goal scorer that is still an RFA. Senko will be a UFA in the summer. I hope I'm wrong.
