Dobson takes 1 year bridge to ensure top line gets what we need after which he gets at least an 8x8 barzal signs extension this offseason at 10x8. Skarek while not ideal at this time is another move that can be anticipated at the deadline.

The thing with Bailey is the Sens don't really have a spot for him. If they were to buy out (or trade) Colin White AND trade one of Connor Brown, Mathieu Joseph, Alex Formenton, Ridly Greig, etc then MAYBE

They want to acquire a veteran Top-6 Winger. Joseph, Formenton or Brown might be the other guy in the top-6

Gambrell and Gaudette are RFAs. One of them or both could be back (I wouldn't mind Gambrell as the reserve forward, 13th spot)

There's several other guys who will be pushing for a spot, like Angus Crookshank for example who would have made the team without a doubt last season if he didn't get injured in preseason

No way a team walks away without giving their 1st round pick for Fiala unless it’s the Devils trading say Holtz. This is just down right a no from MN. Not taking varlamov. Give 1st and wahlstrom as a trade talk convo starter.
