Texier is worth at least a first according to the rumors from last year's deadline. Kerfoot by himself is not going to cut it to get Texier. Add decent picks/prospects without Kerfoot being the main attraction and that gets you around the top of the list for the Texier bidding war if he goes on the market.

Literally multiple years of "we don't want Kerfoot" and we still get these kinds of offers...
