If you don't trade Matthews or Marner, it's the same old story. I'm sick of it. It's not on Kerfoot or anybody else. Keefe needs fired. If Dubas won't deal Matthews and/or Marner, he ne needs fired. This core can't do it.

They were the two best players in the series. Why would we trade them? Rielly wasn’t good enough, Nylander wasn’t good enough. Those are the two guys I’m most upset with

Disagree completely… Marner is a liability… he thinks he’s better than he actually is.
Nylander at least shoots and passes… you’re better off keeping him over Marner

Matthews didn't do junk tonight. Every player looks for Matthews to shoot. He didn't do crap. Marner did play really well tonight, Matthews absolutely did not

Marner played very well in this series and was our best overall player tonight. Rielly scored the goal but he also is to blame for Paul’s first goal. He blew it in his own end multiple times in this series and of course he flipped the puck back into their end for the offsides call at the end that absolutely killed us

Marner cost you multiple attempts on net by skating around with the puck

One positive is that unlike years past, Leafs didn't just lay down, they actually fought in the 3rd period which is new for them.
That stated, Nylander is the easiest to move of their core.

The Jets might, maybetake Kerfoot, but certainly not for a 2nd. A 3rd or more likely 4th or lower would be fair.
