He's always like this. Top 4 RHD top 70 dman in the league a young late rounder centerman a bottom middle six to be rookie euro forward and 54th can't get you 12th but 33th 50th and 66th can in any chart .... Im sorry but I have to agree and say I don't see CBJ giving up 12OA for Petry. They don't need to move it at this point in time as Petry doesn't move the needle enough for them to make any further progress in their already crowded division

If CBJ was a playoff team I could see the incentive in doing this, but they're not quite there yet. I feel like they'd need that pick more and whatever prospect they can gather from it.

Same goes for ARI. They gathered picks for reason, I don't see why they'd trade down without getting something in other than a meh thing called cap relief.

He’s old and doesn’t fit the jackets timeline. That contract could get bad very quickly. Trade him to a contender with retention if you want something for him

Blocked that guy a long time. So many ppl just troll the ACGM no matter what the offer is. It’s really pathetic. At least explain why you disagree with the ACGM that put his/her time on the ACGM or you know be kind. Real social misfits here. Build your block list is a key and log in to the site infrequently.

It’s not! Ppl just overvalue draft picks like a mystery box.

Petry not having the value of say a Ristolainen is laughable. Seth Jones went for 2 1sts rounders. The examples in the last few years for PM RHD are there.

It makes them better but only marginally. They're not a contender after this move. This doesn't change the initial point of them needing that pick more.

What a joke. CBJ aren't giving up their pick unless it's a young guy that can play in the top 6. Our defense needs improved, but Putrid Petry doesn't do that, and he's worth a 7th rounder at best. His contract hinders the CBJ. An appriate trade is Petry, Suzuki, MTL 2nd for the 12th overall pick.
