The rest is up to the BOG, I'm just a secretary. Bennet, you can select anyone but that player.

EDIT: I've processed Boston's pick as set out by procedure and according to the rules and because I was asked to continue assisting with the draft process.

I don't want there to be any confusion. I'm just a processing machine, not a BOG member.

Not my call but according to the rules, no. You were free to make your pick as soon as your window opened, you simply weren't allowed to select the best player available.
You didn't have to wait, you could have just followed the rules.

You shouldn't need the extra time to make the pick, as soon as it is your time you can pick since we have the rule in place that if someone misses their pick they get BPA. So as long as you don't take the next highest ranked player, you should be good to pick regardless.

Brought up by a poster, the schedule for the draft has set times for each draft pick. I was the 4th overall selection for the 2nd round. The schedule written out clearly states the 4th pick gets a time block from 6:00-8:30pm. Since there is no schedule written out for the 2nd round, that's the only schedule to follow. I believe that I should be able to make my true pick for the 2nd round. I can't help if the draft was sped up because people took their picks earlier than mine. My time frame started at 6:00 pm per the schedule. I was on here at 7:30 pm, only to find out I was skipped. That is unfair.

I get you might be upset about missing your pick and I'm not dealing with the emotions. That's why I left the BOG.
I'll leave the pick for Matt to process or wait until it is posted properly.

The rules state 1.5 hours for each pick in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. The schedule has 3 sections, 1 for the 1st round, 1 for the 2nd and 3rd round, 1 for the 4th - 7th round.

The schedule for round two shows the time for pick 35. When you go to schedule you have to change rounds...

I didn't see anything for those other tabs. Just the 1st Round.

I haven't used an excel sheet since high school. I don't see anything for those tabs until it was brought up. No announcement to change tabs or anything. This is flawed here.

Well, as much as it pains me to say, I think it's time to find a replacement owner for the Anaheim Ducks.

I've done everything I feel I can do here and I just don't have any interest in the game anymore. It was fun when it started but I've lost interest in the last couple of weeks. I don't visit the site as much as I used to and that's just not fair to everyone else. The only reason I've held on to it for this long, is I didn't want someone to take over and bastardize the hell out of what I've done

I'm confident that the new owner will be pleased with what I've left for him/her.
