I don't think so. It'd almost require that WSH's collective shooting percentage is near 20%, because FLA will be the one holding the puck for a clear majority of the games and in particular the offensive zone.

WSH is about to face 35-45 shots a night and they can let past a max of 3 goals per game, probably not even that.

I think FLA will take a clean sweep. The material difference is just too great.
