Sorry @justaBoss and @EsoYeezus69 but this was a heck of a goal. Heads-up play by Fleury to knock it both away from Klingberg AND towards Gaudreau, and then a nice fake-shot-dangle-across-the-ice move by Gaudreau to unleash a terrific wrister,
Marchand trips Connor Brown. It's about as blatant of a trip as you can get once you've seen the replay. But "sure looks like he got him with the shoulder." (In fairness, they did admit they were wrong once they saw the other angle, but still)
I think they have a chance. Defense needs to play in more, too much space in tight. Second thing is there skating needs to meet the legs the panthers or we are going to get stoped on. Then it’s goaltending

I don't think so. It'd almost require that WSH's collective shooting percentage is near 20%, because FLA will be the one holding the puck for a clear majority of the games and in particular the offensive zone.
WSH is about to face 35-45 shots a night and they can let past a max of 3 goals per game, probably not even that.
I think FLA will take a clean sweep. The material difference is just too great.
It happens every year that at least one 1st seed team loses out. If it's not Florida, then who is it? Carolina Perhaps?

TB winning tonight and BOS losing probably just made things clear. I don't think BOS will pass TB anymore.
Maybe it's just me kind of hoping they play Boston.
I don't know if it's the defending cup factor or just the fact that it would be more satisfying if they beat the bruins, but I'd rather them play the bruins.
