Lol thats his 1st season as a center. I'll wait before call him a center. Drouin played a whole years for us as a center. I don't compare Stutzle and Drouin ofc but the situation. And I imagine that all this website who still call him a LW doesnt know hockey :

Chicago passes. Not enough impact going back to Chicago to move Cat who's obviously an elite goal scorer and Strome who's playing over a point per game rate since January 1st and both are 24 years old and 25 years old respectively. Guys like Cat (24 years old, affordable contract for 1 more year, RFA, elite player, no injuries or disputes with the current team, etc.) just never hit the open market because of the cost to acquire them from teams that have no reason to trade these types of players.

a 1st and basically FOUR 2nds on top of Pinto for DeBrincat (and Strome) is too much for my liking and Pinto isn't for trade anyway. The problem is not value but I don't want Strome and you got find another way but leave Pinto out of it

Dear God, people act like if Stutzle was "expendable"

As much Stutzle is not expendable for the Sens. I can't see Bouchard be expendable for the Oilers.

Fair, it's not that Bouchard and Holloway are bad players, no they are excellent young players and if the Sens decided to move on from Stutzle, I'd be happy with the return (without Thomson like in this ACGM though)

But as of now, Stutzle (with Norris) is the main piece from trading their ex leader and best player (EK), he's a KEY piece of their rebuild and expected to be the offensive catalyst (with Batherson)

So unless they'd be convinced that he is not going to break out into that, they absolutely should keep him, particularly since his value is not at the highest it can be.
