Manson won't be getting THAT much in my opinion, especially as a bottom pairing defenseman or 2nd pairing at best. Most I'd offer is 4.5, but my priority would be re-signing Nuke first (I'm willing to go up to 6.5 for him). We'll get worse on paper, sure, but I think the core we're building could really help us out on making another run next year.

Just trade Compher and/or EJ. They both have one year left so they won't be that hard to get rid of. I wouldn't make Mikko 2C, he's a winger at his core and he should be kept as such IMO. Prioritize signing Manson to fill the bottom pairing, he's shown his worth and we paid a lot for him.

Nylander does not fit a rebuilding team, we'll be taking like, 5-7 years if we trade Cat. Adding Raddysh doesn't help either. Cat + Raddysh starts with Robertson, Knies, and a 1st.

Firstly, who has propagated these "multiple reports"? Secondly, how does that make any sense? A player has a bounce back year, only to be let go of because... just because? I don't think that seems right to me nor should it to any logical, thinking being.

Colorado easily declines. Toews has too much cap so if we try to move Condor, his cap will just replace EJ's. Also, Toews is a middle 6 forward at this point, not a 2nd line center (who can share the role with Newhook).
