oh, so the top is the 2nd highest bid and the bottom is the highest bid on the top 2 sections, right?

Read again. The middle section (cyan) are players you currently have the highest bid for. Those are players you have to decide whether to sign or pass on to the next team.
You don't have anyone in the first section (pink), but those are players you were the only bid on.
The bottom is players who have ties between teams. They require the waiver tiebreaker to claim a player, or you may pass and wait to see if the player comes back around without the need for waivers.

Hypothetical...if I use my waivers on Doan, will that affect anything during the season or is it strictly for the FA?

I belive that it carries over into the season (been a while since it was discussed). I invoked today, and I believe I moved to the end of the line of the Waiver Priority, moving from 3rd to 31st. Anyone who invokes after I did, moves behind me, bumping me up.

Season waivers will be a continuation until the real life waiver order resets, which I believe occurs one month into the season (I'd have to confirm).
(At least that was the idea. I'm not a BOG.) That way there is at least some consideration to using your waivers during free agency, as it may impact who you can claim when rosters are set after "training camp".

Thanks brother. I'll try to get on tonight but I moved places today so I'm real busy. I'm waiting to see what happens with waiver priority though first before I commit to someone if that makes sense
