Yeah, no chance the Leafs do that. They don't really need Severson at this point cause he's not what we're looking for. Liljegren is projected to be our top 4 rd in a year or two and while he hasn't looked great in a top 4 role he's been great in a bottom-pairing role with sandin. For his first year I'll take it. Severson just won't fit what the leafs are looking for. Giving up a 1st, your future 2nd pairing dman, and holl who while hasn't been great this season could easily rebound next season considering how well he played last season. If I'm really giving up that many assets I'd go for a legit difference making d-man who'd perform very well in the playoffs.
