Description
Im sure people wont like these deals more for being a fan then an actual GM. And i get that. But these are my targets for lots of different reasons and im adding whatever to make them work. However Broberg, Holloway, and Bourgault are untouchable in my opinion and probably Petrov as well. Now i work for FC Hockey and two of my colleagues that ive questioned think these are all fair deals, and even possible overpays on a couple. So to each their own. Happy GM'ING

If the Boss says a rebuild is about to happen, im trying to pry Hart away. Turris is just for cash purposes and Smith is so they have someone to stick between the pipes

I dont know about this one. Its 50 50. Kek adding a now slightly more proven and much improved Pulju to get Laine his old WJ linemate and friend on board, an A- prospect and another RFA body who i think isnt getting utilized enough or properly in Edmonton. Perlini is a sniper and needs a good setup man as his center. He should be tried on Drais RW for a dozen ges but nobody will give him a shot

You'll need more than just Pulju, a generic bottom 6 guy you can get anywhere, and a meh guy in Tullio to get both players. Jackets shouldn't consider this anyway since they shouldn't be looking to make a move reminiscent of trades that playoff contenders make. I don't think Kek is foolish enough to make a desperation move like the one listed.

Even if Philly rebuilds they are not parting ways with Hart. If Philly would trade Hart for a rebuild you would need to give up atleast Broberg/Bourgault/Bouchard + 1st.

More for future cap issues honestly, based on remaining staggering rfa years. And their future potential ,for Sillinger to get to Pulju levels in short order with China and Tullio likely becoming similar players production wise

I mean just about anyone can tell you this. You don't have to be an insider in order to tell that the Jackets aren't trading a center (their weakest position) that is the youngest player in the league and another guy they just drafted and love a lot for a 25 year old depth winger (their greatest abundance), another winger, and a 5th rounder from last year (who looks better than that fwiw). Bottom line is the Jackets need centers and sillinger looks the part and they believe in him. Chinakhov has a nasty shot and has been really passing the eye test as of late. They are two guys the management clearly value highly. Don't have to look too hard to figure that out

If Holland did one of these trades that would likely end his time in Edmonton. All those assets for hart when they have a young guy in Bakersfield that’s showing ability to be just as good. Just doesn’t have the draft pedigree or name recognition yet.
Seattle trade isn’t horrific but not sure it makes much sense for Edmonton. Seeing as they just gave Barrie an extension and I’m not sure Holland is known for moving players that fast afterwards perfect example being kass is still on the team. McCann would be an awesome add but soucy is beginning to make less sense the more Niemelianen is playing.
Columbus trade why target a centre? With a depth chart that includes mcdavid Leon nuge Mcloed Holloway Ryan turris shore probably missed one in there point being very deep at centre doesn’t make much sense to move a top line winger that’s been playing really good and fits in extremely well on the pp.
