I honestly don't think the Blues should trade Binnington. I think they should move forward with Binnington and Husso. No reason to trade either man, but if they had to, they should move Husso. Bigger unknown.

They are going to need to make a decision on what Husso is this offseason. Binnington is the starter in St Louis and Husso is going to want a bigger opportunity to earn the big/starter contract. If Binnington is still in St Louis, odds are good that opportunity is somewhere else.

I'm honestly not sure lol but I'm not totally sold on this team as constructed either. They can get hot and then just look like straight garbage. I think if there's a chance to get out of his contract you take it. Husso is good and we've got some other good goalies in the system. Find a taker for Scandella, make a trade for a legit top pairing D man. Target Mattew Tkachuk heavily, if he is intent on becoming a free agent, even better. But start clearing the space while still improving, Kyrou and Thomas raises are right around the corner too.
