I'm almost certainly the most caustic of us Anaheim adherents. The rest of the fanbase, like the uniformly gracious Minnesota fanbase, is rational and restrained. Treat any insults from other fanbases as a reflection on the speaker, not you.

i know ducks fans are some of the most chill fans out there. you guys and minnesota wild fans are some of the nicest people/fans in all of sports i was just shocked when it happened i didnt take it personally but was confused when it was a ducks fan

@jruf12 The "Ignore" function is an underrated tool on here. There's certain folks who will just argue for the sake of arguing, which is fine, but there are times when it's easier to just remove yourself from the conversation.

I've absolutely gotten into it with people here (I got an infraction once for being a d1ck...it was absolutely warranted, and I felt bad about it afterwords), but you should absolutely use the ignore button!

That's always how I've seen Eakins coaching (Which is why I hope he's replaced)...it's almost like he wants the team to play the trap, but they don't have the actually players that can pull it off. They are 100% a different team when they throw the body around, and quickly move the puck up the ice. There's skill up front, but it's almost like he handcuffs them.

-Need to get an asset(or more) for Rakell at the deadline. I don't realistically think that keeping Manson is a bad thing (He eases the stress on Drysdale), and I hope that Hampus is extended ASAP, but I really, really think you need to cash in on one of these guys.
-Would absolutely love to add a top line winger to play with Zegras. Whether that's through a trade or UFA this offseason, but man...Laine-Zegras-Terry longterm would be hella fun (IMO)
-Going to need to add to the back end. I'd like to keep Manson on a 2 year deal, mainly because I can't see anyone else that actually fits a shutdown role being available. There's certainly nobody in our system right now that fits. I would kill to offersheet Nick Hague, and really solidify that back end, especially if they can't extend Hampus.

I want to keep Hampus as well as long as a new coach (or Eakins who knows) stops giving him as much PP time. Not sure if his PP TOI is actually as much as I think it is, but it seems a lot to me.

29.7 minutes through 40 games. I mean, if it's me, as long as they're healthy, Drysdale should QB PP1, and Shatty should QB PP2. Depending on the situation, pair them with a forward and go from there.
