if boston was to add on from debrusk how much more would it cost to get connor brown?

You think he’s worth a 2nd at this point? He’s been bad offensively the last two years and his defense has gotten significantly worse. He won’t even really get more ice time on the Sens, he’s not better than Tkachuk or Stutzle on LW, or even Batherson or C. Brown on his off wing.

I'd be asking for at least a 2nd, but I don't think it makes sense to move him if they aren't getting a Righty winger in return

I wouldn't be surprised if he went for something like that, but I'd probably value him lower than that. I'd like Stützle to get an extended look at C, and I think Jake DeBrusk could be a great compliment to 18-19. In any case we'll just have to wait and see, but I won't be shocked if he's a Senator at some point

How realistic do you think it is for Stutzle to be played at centre for any stretch of time though? The organization has been pretty content to leave him on LW (for some unknown reason). If he does slide to the middle, I think DeBrusk would be fine at 2LW there though.

I've liked his game as a C. He's been more engaged physically, and I've liked his confidence through the middle ice. Strength and faceoffs will be a bit of a longer term project, but for now I'd want him to continue getting reps playing in the middle to get a larger sample there.

Honestly let another team make this mistake. I put Debrusk in the same category as Dylan Strome in that I want to believe in the potential but the reality is they're just 3rd line complimentary players... At best.
