lol I'd almost prefer this, that takes away any hopes of them even maybe having a replacement level D corps someday

For sure, though they’d definitely have Drai play on the wing and maybe Nuge too and combo the 4 of them into 2 capable pairs

Wheeler ranked the Ducks 5th. Pretty close to where I initially thought they would be.

Thoughts of mine on his ranking:

I'd rank Zellweger and Dostal ahead of Pastujov.

I'd also have McLaughlin over both Moore and LaCombe

Other than that, I think he's spot on.


Have you heard on how talks are going with McLaughlin, he needs to be signed by Aug15th or the Ducks lose his rights.

I really hope they sign him soon. I really like his game and he's been one of my favorite prospects for years. Haven't heard anything from the Ducks insiders on the topic.
