From the rangers perspective Cirelli isn't a bad concept, and we'd certainly look at moving a prospect + for him, but not 2/3 our top prospects. Additionally we'd move schneider before kratsov. We have depth at RD prospects with Lundkvist + Schneider, we don't have that depth on forward prospects. Additionally we're not taking the palat contract.

We're not helping TB get out of cap hell by paying a premium for a center who is a 2c on our current roster. That would essentially be 3 first round picks for cirelli. Far above his value as palat doesn't quite have negative value, but with that contract he does in this trade.
