So we give up a 1st and a 2nd for the privilege of overpaying a third line center 3 months early?
No, I don't think so. Thanks though.

Larkin isn't getting moved, they just named him captain a little over a month ago. It'd take a disgusting over payment for Wings to do that

I dont think the wings are going to trade larkin with ghule and a 1st being the most valuable pieces. id take that as the sens tho, just know stepan is out for the year

laugh laugh You think that crap gets you Larkin you're totally delusional, Larkin would easily cost one of Suzki/Kotkaniemi for starters plus take on Romanov and Caufield as well you're not even close we'll give you Helm+Glendening+Stecher+DeKeyser for Kotkaniemi Yeah it's that bad.

Not a single one of your pieces benefits us in the least. Any deal for Larkins starts with Kotkaniemi or Suzuki for starters. Poehling is a joke he has 5 points in 28 career NHL games. Weal and Evans are a joke Guhle meh we already have Raymond and Berggren whom will be far better no thanks.

When you have the opportunity to give a massive haul for a guy with zero goals, then sign him to a massive contract, you simply have to take it.

suzuki is already better. so he wont be included.

the package is based off the duchene trade which everyone agrees was a good deal for colorado. its a fair package for larkin especially with the way hes been playing this season and last.

laugh laugh get real Larkin put up 63 points and 73 points respectively on a team that has the worst scoring in the league, i'm not overrating the hell out of Larkin but he's worth far more then these scraps Weal and Evans have zero value to Detroit. Poehling has little to no value to Detroit and Guhle hasn't proven a thing yet he's no better then either Raymond or Berggren. if anyone is overrating here it's Montreal not Detroit.

@DirtyDangle Your last post about Larkin you said his one good season was an anomaly and now you want him on your team. How does that work? Seriously you have to realize you can't really win an argument like that. But now you are going to get frustrated and call me some names just so you know you can't win an argument like that either. So next is you say Larkin sucks and you never wanted him any way. Now that does end the argument but only because you just threw in the towel and gave up.

Suzuki is nowhere near Larkin territory, As far as Larkin last season he had 53 points in 71 games i hardly call that a bad season. I agree he's started slow this season being named team Captain and he's pressing to hard. Bottom line is this deal isn't good for Detroit like i said Weal and Evans are hot trash Poehling is meh at best and Guhle is no better then Berggren or Raymond. This trade makes Detroit worse not better Larkin is a hometown kid just named Captain he's go absolutely nowhere and not for this crap we can get far more for Larkin then this joke of a package that's for sure.

Dylan Larkin should get more than Forsberg though. Anyone who says otherwise hasn't watched Larkin play, and knows only what they read on the stat line.

Guhle has proven enough to be a first rounder. Two first rounders is not a bad offer for larkin.

I'm a neutral fan. I have seen Forsberg play. Love the player. Great player. At best he's as good as Larkin. Larkin is also a center with an additional year on his contract.

Please stop acting like being on the worst team in the league isn't hindering Larkin's production.

Yeah that's why your profile says your favorite team is the Predators? That's why your post history shows you posting in multiple threads about Predators players? That's why you have a post from Wednesday that starts out "as a Nashville fan..."

Now's not the time to pretend you're unbiased here. You still haven't even addressed the fact that you don't watch Larkin play (unless maybe you catch a Predators vs Red Wings game?).

Larkin is the better player, plays the more valuable position, and has longer term. He would get a better return than Forsberg if both are traded.

There's not any chance wild are doing this. Bjustad is playing whole lot better than Danault. Danault is also a free agent whose not scored any goals on close to a year according to Montreal fans

Like easy no from Minnesota. Wild can sign him in free agency. Wild aren't giving up any of their 1st round pick, & also aren't putting any more road blocks they have to figure out for expansion

i dont see him as a 73 pt player like you do. he only ever did that once. hes usually on pace for 55 points. i see him as a high end 2c. thats why i want him. tell my why i should pay a franchise center price for him without the personal attacks.

I mean we aren't trading Larkin for anything. The difference is Duchene had a toxic situation and wanted out of Colorado, Larkin wants to be in Detroit and we want him there. The package you out together wasnt even close so I went over the top in the opposite direction

Is it a personal attack when all I said was exactly what you have done in every other argument you have been in on this site?
