Yes they do, this may not be it but take out Getzlaf and Lindholm and work around the two firsts and Holloway and Jones maybe add another F prospect or Yamamoto or JP and there's a trade there, 100% there is, but would Holland sell the farm plus how many years of possible RFA and elcs for one player?

But trading for Gibson makes sense but roping in getzlaf and lindholm makes it impossible.

I would be more then willing to not sign Barrie or Larsson if it meant landing a legit starter, or the Oilers pay for Seattle to take Neal, that way they can keep their D core, however, either way there isn't room for both Larsson and Barrie and if Bouchard takes steps this year Barrie and his (5mil?) ask won't matter

I mean they could use a number 1 defenceman like any other team in the league sure... But those are harder to acquire then true starting goalies.. I've watched every Oilers game this year and like I said in the description they would have at the very least 4 more wins if they had a true starting goalie, not even elite. They destroyed Winnipeg tn, no offense to any WPG fans but they did. And besides a bad give a way or pinch they out chance every team almost every game.. if they had a goalie who could steal games.. man.. I don't even know what to say
