Chill kid. This a good community. You are new here, not making a good first impression.

Depth chart, roster makeup matter. Canes have 2 NHL right shot D on their roster. Only Pesce signed beyond this year. Moving him with the uncertainty of Hamilton is downright stupid on their part. Don’t know what the original offer was but his trade value is 1st and mid level prospect or 2nd and high end prospect. But getting fair market value does not mean it’s a good deal for them.

He's likely untouchable because the Canes are pushing towards the cup, but a lottery first would be the best offer you'd get for him.

Pesce is easily top 20. There's only 1 guy better in the defensive zone from an analytical standpoint. His offense has progressed massively too. Numbers back it up.

First of all boston bob, this was completely for real as i stated in my description, im entitled to my own opion just as he is. you dont like it you can block me or report if im doing something wrong.

Ive been on this site for a very long time since we used to play GM game in the forums (unsure if it still goes on as this is new), people can forget their password. the one thing that has stayed the same though is the group of people who raid Arm chair and tell people they are wrong and stupid, if you want to trade Ovi for Byron... go ahead. you want to create your dream team? go ahead. Have fun its the internet.

I watch every Canes game. My second team. You are going full homer on this one. He’s a a 2/3. A top 20 would be a bona fide #1. He isn’t. There are 31 teams and he’s the 3rd best on your own team. Top 20? C’mon.
