Is Larkin really a top line center? He's probably more of just a very good 2C, also Barzal should absolutely be somewhere on this list.

It's hard to say when you looking at bad teams and players on them.

Larkin, Danault, Duchene aren't top line centers. Add a fourth tier. O'Reilly and Aho in the elite one.

I don't disagree with considering Drai as a franchise center, but if you're including him, Malkin should be included as well.

If you want to create another tier, that's okay, but Larkin is a first line centre, as is Duchene, a career 0.74 point per game player, 0.72, 0.96, 0.64 the last three seasons. Danault is borderline.
