Lastly we don't have a crop of D on either side we can just call up. PK is most likley a place holder that maybe next year after his bonus is paid can be moved.
Lastly if we are trading for Alzner or similar we can just keep him, his contract ends when this team should be ready to compete so it hardly hurts my wallet!

Ottawa cant move Zaitsev, it's their only legit RHD defensive defensemen to pair with either Chabot/Brannstrom next season... Until they find another player that can play with them, it's a no go
