I'd do Juulsen, Poehling, and the two 2nds for Duchene at $1M retention (the retention in the OP you're referencing). I'd rather hold onto Ekholm or trade him for futures instead of Tatar.

I just assumed Nashville would want to get some scoring back after losing Duchene. Would Norlinder + 2021 1st + Mete work for Ekholm?

I'd rather sign a UFA forward than give up assets for Tatar. Not sure about your Ekholm proposal, but I don't know anything about Norlinder.

He projects to be a top pairing puck moving defender who is currently playing his 2nd year in the SHL as a 20 year old. His ceiling is equal to or slightly higher than Romanov's. I just went with the OP offer for Ekholm for Mete + 16th OVA

Duchane was 9th on the team in goals with only 13. Yes he was 3rd in points. I’m sure there are starts out there that can make him look effective but from my point of view he either looked too comfy signing a big deal in the city he wanted to be in and I don’t think got any chemistry all year. If NSH would have signed him to 5 years at 8, there would be no issue.
