Description
In the event that the season is cancelled (or if the rangers lose in the play-in) they have a 12.5% shot at getting Lafreniere.
If that happens, they trade away from their youth wing depth (which is very deep even without Kakko) and get a superstar talent.

With a star-studded 1st line and a 2nd line that has proven they can handle 1st line matchups, the should automatically catapult into cup contention.

    Thats underselling Eichel by a fair margin.

    Lets say strome is probably close to 2nd rd pick Kakko Is a top 5 1st and caronlia is a mid 1st

    so you are only giving up one good piece to receive a top 7 center in the league who is only going to get better. You are missing the equivalent to 3 1st rd picks

    Forget the fact that Eichel is NOT getting traded. Let’s assume he was being traded, the Rangers literally don’t have the pieces to get a trade done. There’s no package that the Sabres say yes to.
