They would not as Puljujärvi has little value. Sure at one point carolina almost did give up a 2nd for him back in September but there GM wised up and realized it could have been a costly mistake. And okay he is doing well in Liga but he played 3 seasons in Edmonton and has not impressed and being good in Liga sometimes does not translate well in an NHL return. On top of that he has requested to be moved making managers of other teams have more leverage in negotiations. I would say a 3rd and a low prospect or wing would probs be Edmonton's best shot. No team will give a 2nd for a guy who could come back and continue to struggle in the NHL.
