I think they're going to have to move one of the big 4 and to me moving Nylander and his cap space isn't enough, needs to be one of the $10M+ guys.

Cap was never going up that much though and the increase wouldn't of been enough to cover the increases RFA'S would of needed plus raises for Andersen, Hyman and Reilly which are coming soon, seriously it just seems inevitable that one of them needs to go.

Matthews and tavares are the logical to stay as its hard to find talented centers like them. Marner can pp, pk, skate like a rocket so he probs stays, nylander seems like the choice. Sure he is a goal scorer and can pp really well. But if this team wants to improve the defense he may be the one to go. After all his contract is the easiest to move out and more teams will be willing to trade for him. If not than the 2nd option would be marner but its gonna be harder to do so

Ekblad would be Toronto's best D on the right side just like Nylander would be the best right winger that Florida has. Morgan Reilly is better than Ekblad and a case can be made for Muzzin too.
