Debrincat > both Danualt and Romonav combined. The last 40 goal scorer in MTL was damphouse in 95-96 and the last person to score as many as Debrincat did last year... was 30 years ago in Richer

Both MTL trades. I'd still do the DeHaan Forsling trade, but I get you need the cap.

Unrelated Montreal trades.. I like Dehaan but Anton forsberg was part of that trade which we got by trading away panarin so I felt like I couldn't include him

Gotta take the good with the bad. Forsberg stinks too. Very happy with that DeHaan trade.

The Schmaltz for Strome trade hasn't necessarily been bad though his skillset is different and would compliment better with Dach on these lines.

No we got forsberg in the panarin deal and traded forsberg as part of the deal to get Dehaan which is why I didn't include Dehaan on this team

It was a very good trade and MTL has a BRIGHT future. MB has done well recently.

People need to let the whole Panarin thing go lol Hawks could not afford what he got in New York.

Everything about that trade is a bit ironic. The only reason the trade was made was because the Hawks needed a true #2 center. Schmaltz is a winger if were being honest with each other. A GOOD singer, but a singer. Then the Hawks get the #3 OA and draft a true center. Now they need to 6 winger...go figure!

The better panarin gets, the harder it is to get over it. Plus I don't buy that they couldn't afford him. With a player that good you figure it out.

Oh man, however will we live without Goose Forsling, whos' ceiling was just a hair above AHL and he wasn't even hitting it.
