Considering their 3rd and 4th centers are Brodziak and Cave i’d say they do need a center.

Assuming draisatl is a winger when everyone is healthy you have no 3rd line C. I don't know Edmonton's prospects all that well is their a high end c propsect there?

If turris can play wing why trade him at all to begin with? Put him LW with duchene and Granlund. Turris is gonna rebound this season.

It doesn’t make sense to trade turris, Watson, 2 2nds, and a 3rd for a rental and lucic. With Josi, kreider, smith, and granlund UFA at the end of the season and already up against he cap Nashville will lose atleast two of those because of the cap.

They want to move Turris to make cap space to sign Josi. They would never take Looch back.

Yeh that’s kind of my round about point. All these moves to put Nashville at the cap but now with an unmovable contract (lucic) that also has an unholy buyout. Turris has a down season but his buyout cap hit is only 2M so worst comes to worst can open up 4M of cap by buying out turris. Beyond that having so many ufas with no cap means that we will end up losing half of em and end up a worse team in only 1 year time.
