I don't think he's overrated he's just over payed. He's a fantastic 2 way player who wins a lot of faceoffs and consistently puts up 50 points a year. Points aren't everything
Love the list but dont see how bobby ryan is on there, No one thinks he is good. He would definitely make the overpaid list but not overrated. He is rated accurately as a glass handed bottom 6 forward
I'm a habs fan and I can say that the 30 goals mean nothing when he scores 1 in the playoffs. He's a floater and a perimeter player. He never stood up for his teammates and never used his size to his advantage. That's just my opinion tho
Karlsson isn't overrated lol, he gets so much hate already. I agree with Duchene tho.
He's the most overrated player in the NHL. Offensively he's better than some of the forwards in the league but defensively he's a total wreck. How can you have 82 points in a season and still be a minus but yet Byfuglien had 50 something points on a terrible non playoff team with the most ice time in the league and he was still a plus. I'm not saying he's a bad player he's just not as good as everyone thinks he is. He's far from being the best defenseman in the NHL.
Dude just got paid because he won 3 cups in his first 8 seasons in the league, and he was almost a point per game in the playoffs. He had 2 down years but he looks to be back.
Bobby Ryan is underrated if anything. Same with Duchene.
Karlsson deserves every bit of hype he has.
Fleury was oustanding last season and has been for years.
I don't think McDonagh belongs on this list. Yes he had a poor playoffs but the guy is still a very good defenseman.
