Lily is not worth a 1st. AFP analytics predicts his next contract at $3.4M x 3 years, which is already more than TOR is probably willing or able to give him. An offer sheet at that number would only cost the other team a 2nd round pick. A 2nd round pick or something equivalent is probably the best anyone will give TOR for him, and it's likely CHI wouldn't even be willing to give that much. They might consider packaging one of their LHD prospects with a 3rd or a 4th for him if they think he still has some untapped upside and/or might fit their system better than he does in TOR and they prefer a roster player to making another pick because they already have so many picks and prospects. But that is a lot of "ifs".
