Bemstrom was close to waiver wire and expiring as a 24 yr old, who has less promise than the plethora of youngsters PHI has at wing, so while Ive always like him, his value isnt huge to Philly.

Boqvist could be good, but as you said injury prone and CBS is stocked full of RD (PHI is not stocked with Centers) and maybe Peeke is the better/more defensive fit?

Maybe CBS gives back PHI its 4th rounder in 2023 and it works, maybe CBS keeps Bemstrom and add a 2023 3rd?

As you said Frost coming off a 46 pt year on a team that couldnt score, signed cheaply for 2 yrs is worth a bit more than than those 2, even while a healthy scratch. And PHI has zamula, bonk, attard, helge at RD so its not a dire need
