I don't believe Garland is a cap dump in the same way Myers and Boeser are viewed. I wouldn't mind the team moving up using one of their thirds and some of those 4ths.

Would have to retain a bit on Myers with the cap space issues all over the league. Similarly, LA may have to move a little money vs bringing in the money.

Don't mind the team minus Dries. He has to be the 13th forward or in Abby. I'd want a bigger body to run with Joshua.

If there is anything at all to the 11th OA being in rumours, it wouldn't make sense to dump Garland using it.
