Three way trade between Ottawa, Chicago and Arizona...DeBrincat to Chicago for Raddysh and Chicago's 2023 2nd pick. Then, Chicago's 2nd pick, Brannstrom and Joseph to Arizona for Lawson Crouse. (Chicago can qualify DeBrincat at $9 millon - less than Toew's current cap hit - and then either sign him long term or trade him as a rental next trade deadline).
Sens sign UFAs Hamonic, Watson, P Brown, Adin Hill and Cal DeHaan (the latter two so Sogaard and Kleven can get reps in Belleville). Plan assumes Formenton will not be available at the beginning of the year.
Crouse and Raddysh are 2 big boys who will give you 40-50 goals for a combined $5m next year. However, in my opinion, the key to next year will be the return of Josh Norris as 2C (and DeBrincat's replacement as the prime shooter on PP1) so Shane Pinto - a young Patrice Bergeron - can become a dominating 3C.
