This value is probably about right, however I don’t think a move happens until we get into training camp and a lot can happen between now and then. Injuries, visa/immigration issues, sexual assault allegations etc. Who can know what the landscape will look like on Oct 1?

Laine wants closer to 10 than 8.5, but I think he might take a little less to make it all fit (while still getting paid), and also to get on the ice before the season starts. Jarmo just needs to stand fast and wait for something to happen. A team will need a player, Jarmo will try to deal one.
