PLD to VGK framework

General framework for a deal is PLD for Patches/Smith + Krebs/Glass + a pick.

Not sure if VGK would rather keep Krebs or Glass, I think CBJ might prefer Krebs because from what I've seen he's more defensively responsible, but Glass is more likely to stick at center, so positionally that's a far bigger need. Would assume that they'd rather move Patches than Smith due to cap hit.

Threw in the Martinez for Carlsson part because that'd free up a big chunk of cap for VGK (just shy of $7M in this deal) which would push Dubinsky to LTIR.

For lines:
- Torts is super high on Texier as a center, and he has great chemistry with Bjorkstrand. Patches and Bjorkstrand can carry Texier while he adjusts
- Domi would functionally be the 1C since that line would have two other guys Torts really leans on (Foligno and Cam)
- Jenner back at LW where he's best served. Foudy's speed can cause havoc (and he showed he's capable on his off-wing in a small bubble sample size). Krebs brings skill and two-way ability to the line as well.

I wanted to find a way to move Bemstrom into the top nine, but given how CBJ's centers look in this, it's probably best to keep him on a line with two veterans and give him some serious power play time. I think he's going to break out, but this is probably the most logical starting point.
