Description

EDM moves beack in the draft 9 spots to add a starting Golatender, a controllable top 6 wing and some grit with Lemieux. EDM finally moves on from a disgrunteled 1st rounder.

Hank goes to play at Frolunda to finish out his career. Rangers are stuck with his cap penalty for this season.

Rangers select Alexis Lafreniere with the first pick despite being inundated with offers.

Hampus Lindholm seems to be the odd man out in ANA as they have committed long term to Cam Fowler on the left side. Rangers send 2 of there top prospects, EDM's 1st (14th overall) and a 3rd that will change to a second if the Rangers make it past the first round of the playoffs.

Rangers need a 2nd line center. They acquire Larkin from Detroit.

That’s a no from Detroit, it would cost an overpayment and ADA was already traded by Yzerman and Strome was carried by Panarin.
